Marcsten LLC was founded by two veterans of the United States Air Force. With over 12 years of international experience in more than 20 countries, Marcsten has found itself in a unique position to solve everyday problems with globally diverse solutions.  Our goal is to spread the most profitable business practices from around the world by channeling these tactics into growing economies.

Frank Martinez

Frank was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, and grew up in Florida, along with his mother and two sisters. He holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Data Analytics from Michigan State University, and he is a Veteran of the US Air Force. After an eight-year career in project management, engineering, and military intelligence in operations expanding 26 countries, three deployments, and seven assignments, Frank left the Air Force to start his business. This drew on his passion for helping businesses and people achieve their goals. He met Luke during his last assignment, where he managed one of the Air Force’s largest weapon system infrastructures in Asia. There he received numerous awards, including the Korean Presidential Unit Award for operational readiness. A passion for growth, a friendship, and a restless curiosity for technology were the catalysts that led to the creation of Marcsten. 

Luke Stensberg

Growing up just outside Chicago, Luke strove to learn from other parts of the world early on.  He attended the United States Air Force Academy where he studied Politics and International Relations but ultimately sought out the opportunities that Information Technology had to offer and was commissioned as a Cyber Operations Officer. His career has taken him around the globe as he has been stationed in three countries and temporarily taken to 29 others. As an officer, Luke obtained leadership experience in managing hundreds of projects and leading 62 Airmen, leading to numerous awards and decorations for him and those he led. While active duty, he founded Marcsten with Frank when the two realized from their international exposure that there are fascinating ideas around the world that are simply ripe for a platform to spread. Through Marcsten, they will achieve this aim.
